As a key member of our supply chain team, the Experienced Customer Logistics Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction for our esteemed partners, Walmart & Sam's. **About the Position** We're seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as an Experienced Customer Logistics Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing actionable insights, and implementing supply chain optimization strategies to drive business results. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations, improving customer KPIs, and identifying mutually beneficial wins for both blithequark and our partners. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Logistics Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing in-depth analysis within the blithequark route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets for our Walmart & Sam's partners. * Conducting transactional level analysis to create actionable insights for order trends and improvements, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Analyzing the order to cash value chain to determine impacts on cost, service, and waste, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. * Collaborating with our partners to manage GRS settings and ensure optimal orders to drive logistics efficiencies, improving overall supply chain performance. * Working closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins. * Creating and presenting relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales to ensure organizational alignment and drive business results. * Analyzing, validating, manipulating, and interpreting complex data from cross-functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Leading cross-functional teams to improve OTIF and SQEP targets and reduce fines, ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations. * Collaborating with our partners and MDM team to drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with our industry standards. * Analyzing internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends to improve service and cost to serve, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Addressing all ad hoc customer-related issues and analysis requests as they arise, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Developing strong relationships with sales teams to ensure all needs are met, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Developing appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel to ensure strong performance management, driving business results and customer satisfaction. * Becoming a Retail Link SME for the organization, providing expertise and guidance to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * 2-5 years of work experience, with strong business and broad supply chain acumen, including the end-to-end order management process. * Experience managing and connecting large, complex data sets, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Experience creating visual analytics, particularly with Microsoft Power BI, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required), driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Experience with ERP and TMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus), driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment experience, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment experience a plus, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate cross-functionally, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision-making, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Outcome-focused and a strong commitment to continuous improvement, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision plans, ensuring your health and well-being. * Employer match 401k, helping you plan for your future. * Profit sharing plan, rewarding your contributions to our success. * Employee stock purchase plan, giving you a stake in our growth. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for supply chain optimization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
