Your Role: Customer Onboarding Manager, Enterprise | EMEA In this dynamic and critical role, you will be the face and voice of blithequark for our enterprise clients in the EMEA region, both internally and externally. Your primary responsibility will be onboarding clients and setting them up for durable, long-term relationships with blithequark, enabling their success and growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with blithequark. Your expertise in project management will ensure on-time onboarding by coordinating all stakeholders involved. Key Responsibilities: Onboard customers seamlessly with a focus on long-term growth and success, ensuring they are set up for success from day one. Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training to ensure customers maximize the benefits of blithequark’s platform. Plan and manage onboarding projects with Go-live dates in mind, proactively identifying opportunities and pivoting to achieve results. Identify and flag risks that could lead to delayed onboarding, developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion. Act as the source of knowledge for the customer regarding the products they are onboarding, building a strong relationship to set them up for success with blithequark. Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders to drive improvement and excellence throughout onboarding and implementation. Become a trusted partner and technical integration expert, understanding the customer’s business needs, present and future, to provide tailored solutions and support. Ensure a high-quality experience for our customers on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely response and completion of customer requests. Lead each onboarding as a project, coordinating with all stakeholders, internal and external, to keep all parties informed and up-to-date on project progress. Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role, with a deep understanding of how to launch and manage complex onboarding journeys. Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product, with the ability to quickly ramp up to becoming a product expert. A creative approach to problem-solving, embracing challenges with the tools at your disposal. Excellent communication skills, with great written and presentation abilities. A proven relationship builder who remains calm and collected under pressure, celebrating partners’ successes and navigating challenges with grace. Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and the ability to lead projects to successful completion. A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments and high degrees of responsibility. A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data for informed decision-making. Curious by nature, with an interest in making a significant impact and driving business growth. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a global, distributed team environment, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents. Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management systems, or a willingness to learn and adapt. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to apply them in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Fluency in multiple languages, reflecting the global nature of our business and customer base.
