As a trusted advisor and leader in this space, arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Practice Manager to drive strategic growth, lead transformative customer programs, and develop long-term relationships with key clients in the Media and Entertainment domain. Job Overview The Customer Practice Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting transformative customer programs during the pursuit, solution, and ongoing engagement stages, developing a long-term ProServe strategy, and executing against that strategy within the Media and Entertainment vertical in the United States. This is a customer-facing role that requires a deep understanding of the Media and Entertainment industry, including content production, media supply chain, direct-to-consumer streaming, customer data platforms, and generative AI for Media and Entertainment workloads. Key Responsibilities Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation and developing a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the arenaflex account team. Establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, including executive sponsorship of programs, and develop an internal network at arenaflex, including critical organizations such as the account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal. Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structures aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives. Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team and develop a deep knowledge of the cross-section of customers' businesses and the cloud ecosystem. Lead the execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, having a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and platform bookings in the near term. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should have: A bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience. 5+ years of Media and Entertainment industry experience. 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles. A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT transformation programs. Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, preferred candidates will have: A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations. Domain expertise in 2 or more of the following areas: content production, media supply chain, direct-to-consumer streaming, customer data platforms, and generative AI for Media and Entertainment workloads. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, candidates should possess: Strong business acumen and understanding of the Media and Entertainment industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes: A base salary range of $138,200 to $239,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
