You will establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs, and establish an internal network at arenaflex, most notably with internal organizations critical to success. You will also deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - **Lead Business Outcomes**: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation, driving strategic and financial value for our customers. - **Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps**: Develop and execute comprehensive plans that align with arenaflex account team objectives, driving near-term results and long-term growth. - **Develop Unified Account Plan and Pursuit Plan**: Collaborate with the AWS account team to create aligned plans that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction. - **Establish Executive Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors across Business & Technology groups, ensuring program success and alignment with arenaflex objectives. - **Establish Internal Network**: Foster relationships with internal organizations critical to success, including the Account Team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal. - **Deliver on Annual Bookings, Revenue, and Customer Satisfaction Targets**: Meet or exceed targets through effective deal structure, customer engagement, and program execution. - **Support Scale through Shared Learnings and Mechanisms**: Collaborate with the ProServe team to share best practices, drive innovation, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions. **About the Team** At arenaflex, we value diverse experiences and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
