Job Overview The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a key member of our team, you will interact directly with patients to educate them about the benefits of generic medications, facilitate therapy changes, and provide exceptional support and guidance throughout their healthcare journey. This position requires a high degree of independence, self-motivation, and teamwork, as you will be working closely with our Specialty Projects Team and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities Communicate the benefits of generic medications and other appropriate therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings and improving health outcomes Conduct generic conversions and therapy changes on targeted medications, working closely with patients and our Specialty Projects Team Engage in numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent to their therapies Effectively handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gathering patient and order information Provide customer education, address questions and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and empathetic manner Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and resolve complex issues Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Must reside in the state of Nevada Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and think critically Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $17.00 - $28.45 per hour. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
