You will be responsible for driving team results, executing inbound and outbound calling programs, and maintaining flawless performance metrics. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our customer relations strategy, promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity, and ensuring alignment with arenaflex practices, policies, and values. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide daily leadership, management, and guidance to the licensed Customer Relations Call Center team, ensuring superior service for customers and retail partners * Develop and implement strategies to drive team results, improve performance metrics, and enhance the customer experience * Create and support a culture of inclusion and diversity, promoting arenaflex values and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer relations strategies, programs, and initiatives * Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to drive team success * Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance * Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, retail partners, and internal teams **Work Schedule** The Customer Relations Supervisor role is a remote position, with a flexible work schedule that includes: * Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM ET * Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET, Monday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM ET * Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET, Monday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM ET **Required Qualifications** * 2+ years of leading, coaching, and developing teams in a call center environment * 1+ year(s) of experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ year(s) of experience leading a team in a call center environment * Experience working in a call center environment * Experience in use of call center technologies/applications such as Verint, Five9, or IEX * Retail Pharmacy experience * Experience working with data and analytics * Organized and high energy **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and internal teams * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive team success * Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to provide feedback, training, and guidance to team members * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
