About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Resolution Representative to join our team in Roanoke, USA. As a Customer Resolution Representative, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external customers with requests and complaints regarding financial products and services. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, using your analytical skills to identify issues and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities • Support internal and external customers with requests and complaints regarding financial products and services • Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, lead analytical approaches to identify issues, and process complex transactions online • Perform moderately complex tasks to resolve customer issues and assess complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags and categorize risks appropriately in the service framework to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards • Get direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine customer concerns to more experienced individuals • Interface with internal and external customers to address raised concerns, as well as determine appropriate course of action • Act as a liaison between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiate, and institute settlements as necessary Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • 2+ years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education • A Bachelor's Degree • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: • 2+ years of Call Center experience • Organizational Report experience • Ability to work in a high-speed call center environment • Experience working with changing needs and deadlines • Strong insightful abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to provide solid customer care while listening, eliciting information efficiently, understanding, and resolving complex customer issues • Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and use search tools to find information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Wells Fargo, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
