Job Summary As a Customer Sales Advisor - Sapia EG Demo, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services. You will process customer orders and sales, provide/receive information, sell client products/services, and provide basic customer service support. Your goal will be to achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each and every call. Key Responsibilities Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services Process customer orders and sales; provide/receive information; sell client products/services as well as provide basic customer service support Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each and every call Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma required; six months of sales experience preferred Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred Customer Service: Courteous with strong customer service orientation Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills required; ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally Multi-Tasking: Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly Computer Skills: Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge Conceptual Thinking: Ability to learn and think conceptually Attention to Detail: Dependable with proficient attention to detail Customer Interaction: Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner Shift Rotation: Able to rotate shifts, as needed What We Offer At Workwarp, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary Remote work opportunity Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Flexible work arrangements Access to cutting-edge technology and tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
