**Experienced Customer Sales Executive – Amazon Protein Account Management and Digital Commerce Strategy**
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our Amazon Protein team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Digital Commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, share, and profit results for our Amazon Protein business. As a Customer Sales Executive at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our Amazon Protein business. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, share, and profit results for our Amazon Protein business * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, supply chain, operations, and IS managers, to ensure successful integration and leverage of campaigns, media, packtype, seasons, and new product programs * Develop and present recommendations to senior management, both internal and external, to educate and influence how arenaflex can achieve its Digital Commerce vision * Work closely with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure the business has the right level of brand and marketing support * Travel to customers and support conversations/negotiations with buying teams, guiding and participating in discussions for Joint Business Planning (JBP) and long-term strategic growth * Educate the organization on the strategic importance of eCommerce and trends/developments within this rapidly evolving channel * Use available data and insights to provide sound merchandising/marketing/promotional/product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling) * Own the planning and execution of merchandising/marketing/promotional/content plans, crafted in close collaboration with brand/season, digital, shopper marketing, and sales teams * Co-own relationships with content development/creative agencies, ensuring creative content is optimized, impactful, and compliant with brand messaging * Establish business reporting/KPIs to ensure progress against objectives and communicate back to the organization * Operational evangelist for assigned account(s), coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure catalog accuracy, in-stock/forecasting reliability, new product set up, and sales planning * Collaborate with IS, Digital Marketing, Insights, and Shopper Marketing teams to leverage insights and digital expertise to execute current year plans and build capabilities to advise and evolve customer relationships * Own the eCommerce P&L for assigned portfolio (currently Amazon.com, 3P, Prime Pantry, Amazon Fresh/Prime Now, Amazon Business, Amazon Go, Amazon Grocery, Fresh Pick Up, Whole Foods) **Minimum Qualifications:** * Previous sales experience with direct management of a customer/retailer relationship; Amazon experience preferred but open to translatable experience * Demonstrated P&L management with strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives * Experience directly managing customers, including strengths in advising and negotiating * Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment * Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationships * Proven leadership skills * Strong knowledge and experience managing digital customers, media, and creative development, SEO, and eCommerce merchandising preferred but open to translatable experience * Proven ability to translate insights into sound merchandising/marketing/promotional/product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling) * Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels * Aptitude for problem solving/quick learning * Positive attitude and high level of energy **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the protein industry or related field * Strong understanding of Amazon's business model and eCommerce landscape * Proven track record of driving growth, share, and profit results in a customer-facing role * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-driven decision-making * Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and email marketing **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for customer sales and digital commerce, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
