As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service support and resolving routine problems regarding our clients' products or services. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while also identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) through diligent monitoring and adherence to established procedures. Clarify customer requirements by probing for understanding, utilizing decision-support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolutions to customer inquiries. Demonstrate active listening skills, attentively addressing customer needs and concerns, while maximizing opportunities to build rapport and trust with our clients. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, following agreed-upon procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. Maintain a basic knowledge of blithequark's products and/or services, staying updated on new developments and enhancements to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required, to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient issue resolution. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery processes. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and meet their evolving needs. Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible for future reference. Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, as necessary, to provide comprehensive and timely support. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role at blithequark, you should possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our customer service philosophy. We are looking for individuals who are: Courteous, with a strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. High school diploma holders with three to six months of relevant experience preferred, although equivalent experience and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly will also be considered. Proficient in computer navigation and possess strong PC knowledge, with the ability to effectively utilize our systems and tools to support customer interactions. Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers alike. Dependable, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in multi-tasking, with the flexibility to adapt to changes quickly and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and performance targets. Able to demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner, even in challenging or complex interactions. Able to work as a team member, as well as independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take ownership of customer issues and resolutions.
