Our culture is built on a foundation of Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork, and we're committed to creating a workplace where our employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related hazards. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations. * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and exceptional customer experiences. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a fast-paced airport environment, often in harsh weather conditions. Shifts will vary, ranging from early morning to overnight, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on operational needs.
