Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity using various channels of communication Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness of blithequark's news and services Maintain and strengthen close customer relationships at all levels Ensure correct billing to customers by controlling bookings and Air Waybills and making corrections as needed Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, and reports Prioritize workloads to enable swift and competent responses to internal and external inquiries Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smoothly Participate in other duties as assigned Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Associate's degree preferred Good MS Office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Logistics or customer service training is an asset Experience in customer service and/or operations Ideally experienced in air cargo/logistics and/or aviation environment Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing Any other languages are an advantage Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written (email, letter, internet) Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces Impeccable customer service attitude Initiative, reliable, and quality-oriented working attitude Flexibility to work on different functions within the department Willingness and ability to travel What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and development.
