Job Overview We are hiring full-time inbound phone customer service representatives to work in a remote/hybrid setting. As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, resolving customer challenges, and providing exceptional service experiences. Key Responsibilities Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Work collaboratively with customers and Sales team members in a team-based environment to resolve customer challenges and provide solutions Utilize computer programs and systems to manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies Apply credit, implement return procedures, and provide product information to customers as needed Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and quality standards Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment Ability to commute to our facility in Waterloo, IA, for training and occasional onsite work A secure, dedicated workspace at home with stable internet connectivity (minimum 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds) Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for growth and development, and a positive work environment that supports their well-being and success.
