Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving English inbound calls and providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries * Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues, provide updates, and promote products and services * Answering questions from English customers, forwarding messages to clients, and escalating complex issues to senior team members * Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty * Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and team members * Flexible availability, with a willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends * English language proficiency, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information * Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections * Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment * Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems * Goal-oriented with professional work ethics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications * Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior team members * Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license (not required for remote work) * Previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred) **Work-from-Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you'll need: * A PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) * A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable) * A USB-connected headset * A webcam * A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
