Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS businesses. Working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce and SaaS platforms. Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers. Great problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision. Openness to working in shifts to accommodate different time zones and customer needs. A conducive remote working environment with a stable internet connection, hardware, and power, including backups in case of outages. Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling customer support needs for US/UK clients. Background in e-commerce or SaaS businesses. Previous experience working remotely.
