Key Responsibilities and Duties The successful candidate will be responsible for managing major business accounts, providing order management and customer care, and offering sales support to the Corporate Sales Team. The key responsibilities of this role include: Providing exceptional customer service support to external customers, internal callers, and transfers, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries and issues. Managing and processing a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all orders. Responding to customer service requests, emails, and other communications in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and accounts, including account maintenance and sales support to the Corporate Sales Team. Utilizing various software systems and tools, including MS Office, MS Excel, Salesforce, and other customer service platforms, to manage orders, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Collaborating with the Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Working independently and as part of a team to achieve individual and team goals, and contributing to the development of a positive and productive work environment. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information, and to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak periods, and to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to organize multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and produce high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner. Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service principles, with experience in using various software systems and tools to manage orders and track customer interactions. Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, and experience in using Salesforce and other customer service platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and patterns, and develop effective solutions to customer complaints and issues.
