Key Responsibilities Review and complete enrichment tasks as defined and trained by the client Enter data into electronic files and digital databases, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems Sort and organize data to ensure accuracy and efficiency Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support Verify information provided to our clients by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark Why Join blithequark?
