About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls with patients, caregivers, doctors, and other external providers to address their documentation and account needs. You will utilize multiple computer applications to access and enter data in member accounts, conduct thorough reviews of patient records, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls with members, caregivers, doctors, and other outside providers regarding members' documentation and account needs Review documentation for completion and insurance compliance and enter documentation into member's account accurately Thoroughly review patient accounts and records to ensure timely patient service Communicate with Team Supports and Management team for matters that require approval or escalation Utilize the Customer Service Wiki to maintain a strong knowledge base of processes, procedures, insurance guidelines, products, and company information Make suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of your work. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role, previous experience with clear and calm communication by phone, and proficiency in using computer systems to maintain accurate records.
