About the Role As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative for Property and Casualty Insurance at arenaflex, you will be part of a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work remotely and be responsible for advising clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing, as well as processing new and amended enrollments. You should also have a high school diploma or GED, be fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English), and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, patient, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
