**Experienced Customer Service and Logistics Representative – Airport Shuttle Operations**

In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport shuttle services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and upholding the highest standards of safety and security. **What You'll Do:** As a key member of our Dispatch Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing scheduled trips, vehicle and staff assignments, and responding to vehicle issues, staffing changes, and passenger volume changes for daily scheduled airport shuttle route operations. Your primary duties will include: * Ensuring the fleet is fueled, cleaned, and departs on time from all locations * Overseeing that all shuttle trips have adequate staffing scheduled for the current day and next week, including scheduling additional drivers as needed for trips with high passenger demand * Utilizing cloud-based digital tracking sheets to update and maintain operation management logs, while simultaneously utilizing reservation/scheduling software * Monitoring route road conditions and assessing re-route possibilities, informing drivers as needed to ensure safe operations * Providing support for drivers and informing management of issues encountered related to passenger accommodations, weather, accidents, and breakdowns * Identifying and resolving internal and external customer inquiries and requests, problem-solving reservation issues, and deescalating situations as appropriate * Supporting drivers and management team related to operational fleet issues, accidents, weather, etc. * Performing in-house drug and alcohol tests as required per corporate and DOT regulations * Assisting drivers with logging into tablets and utilizing software for electronic inspection reports, logging hours of service, and passenger itinerary * Attending safety and policy training to ensure customers and our team are safe at all times * Removing vehicles from service if safety issues are reported on inspections * Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and vehicles * Adhering to and enforcing all corporate and federal safety policies * Demonstrating friendly and professional internal and external customer interactions at all times * Being empathetic to customers while deescalating situations, providing a balance between customer needs and company policy * Being a proactive and effective problem solver with a focus on resolution instead of problem * Providing detailed shift summaries to management and dispatch team to ensure a safe, informed, and contiguous operation between shifts * Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Assisting Dispatchers with calls and answering any questions that may arise **What We're Looking For:** We're seeking safety and service-oriented individuals who can quickly identify and own customer issues, make quality decisions, and actively search for solutions to problems.
