Job Responsibilities As a customer service and medical receptionist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to inquiries and service requests from various stakeholders via phone, email, and web portal in a timely and professional manner Collaborating with team members to support service delivery teams and ensure seamless communication Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Adhering to all regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and privacy of employee and patient information Fostering an environment of continuous improvement in business processes and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related customer service field 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of processes within Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing, and other related areas Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you should have: Medical/Healthcare experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its regulations Ability to work with and maintain confidential information, with a strong commitment to privacy and security Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with peers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders Experience operating office equipment such as phones, printers, faxes, and scanners, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
