About the Role In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that they are engaged and motivated during their shifts. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while also playing a key role in meeting our customer expectations. You will collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and drive growth Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach in a fast-paced environment Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) and work in an environment subject to variable weather conditions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage your team.
