Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location, while also maintaining our customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of customer service or operations experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: 2+ years of customer service or operations experience Experience working in a virtual or remote environment Knowledge of arenaflex's operations and customer service processes Experience with leadership or team management Advanced computer skills and experience with software applications Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Customer obsession : A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs Leadership : The ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders Problem-solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Adaptability : The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
