Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, qualifying their needs, recommending products, and closing sales Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, including features, benefits, and applications Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe Work collaboratively with Department Supervisors and other associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a safe and organized store environment Handle basics in adjacent departments, providing support and expertise as needed Participate in specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards and unsafe conditions or reporting them to the Manager on Duty Work safely, adhering to all safety policies and standards, and ensuring the well-being of yourself, co-workers, vendors, and customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You should be highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.
