About the Role: Senior Product Manager - Tech, External Services We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of new products and offerings that help enterprises accelerate their transition to the cloud. In this role, you will work closely with our largest customers to identify the challenges they face in making a cloud transition and create unique and compelling solutions that address these challenges. You will have at your disposal the current and future capabilities of the AWS Global Services (GS) portfolio, including AWS Professional Services, AWS Support, AWS Training and Certification, AWS Security, and our AWS partners. Key Responsibilities: Define, launch, and incubate new products and offerings that help enterprises accelerate their transition to the cloud, with a focus on Application Modernization and associated technical and non-technical challenges. Author vision and thought leadership documents to help leadership evaluate the customer benefits and business potential of innovative ideas. Refine ideas with customer feedback, align with GTM campaigns, gain support from business unit product leadership, define financial and pricing models, and work through the AWS launch and go-to-market process. Participate in early business development and field enablement activities, and iterate quickly based on feedback from initial customers. Develop Global Services product management standards, prioritized roadmaps, and peer review proposed product ideas from across the business. Identify opportunities to improve the unified value proposition and delivery of our existing Global Services capabilities. Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of technical product management experience with internet business experience. 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager. 3+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or other related fields). Preferred Qualifications: Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders to align across a singular vision to provide customers with a consistent product experience. Advanced business or technical degree preferred.
