About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solutions in an efficient manner. Offer full lifecycle customer service and sales, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls for follow-up. Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services. Maintain and follow strict personal privacy for customer information, adhering to the highest standards of data protection. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; further education is highly valued. High-speed internet access (>15 mbps) and proficiency in MS Windows and other computer applications. Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about becoming a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam. Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality. Physical and mental stamina to meet the demands of the role, including operating a computer, phone, and other office machinery, and handling stress associated with meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Existing knowledge of insurance products and services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Ability to work a varied schedule, including evening and weekend hours, as project needs dictate.
