Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Shipment Delivery Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring the shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages, consolidating or processing outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided. Inspecting product boxes for damage, taking and uploading photos as necessary, and performing internal process and quality checks and corrections. Providing exceptional customer service to customers, distributors, and fellow employees, handling all inbound sales inquiries, and identifying opportunities where arenaflex can offer solutions. Managing ocean/air import shipments, FCL and LCL, and providing timely and efficient service to our clients. Conducting post-shipment follow-up to ensure personalized customer service and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintaining accurate records, including master data, economics, and shipment data, and performing administrative tasks as needed. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience in customer service, retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering world-class service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, distributors, and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems. Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals. Preferred qualifications include: 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Knowledge of shipment and delivery processes, including ocean/air import shipments and FCL/LCL management. Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures, including stock shelving and recovery.
