Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in these roles, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, resolving issues and providing solutions to customers. Ability to navigate computer systems and software efficiently, utilizing technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues. High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience (or related experience).
