About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator to join our Data & Evaluation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, which is crucial for measuring the impact of our program on alumni careers. This is a non-exempt, part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week at $25 per hour for 9 months, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be based in one of our program locations, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, or the Bay Area. Key Responsibilities The Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for the following key areas: Data Integrity and Quality Control (50%) : Maintain data integrity through consistent monitoring and quality control, generate and clean extracts of Salesforce and other data, verify data using multiple methods, and accurately enter alumni employment outcomes data to correct discrepancies and fill in missing data. Data Collection and Reporting (30%) : Support the administration of national post-program outcomes data collection, pull monthly reports on new alumni without employment verifications, and partner with the alumni team to verify and update salary data in Salesforce. Process Optimization and Collaboration (20%) : Collaborate with team members to optimize data collection and entry processes, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management.
