Our Amazon Locker retail locations are designed to provide customers with a convenient and hassle-free experience when it comes to package delivery and returns. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers at our Amazon Locker retail locations. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols * Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site * Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are properly processed and stored **What We're Looking For** We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
