Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for modeling and conveying a unique and magnificent client experience, engaging clients and patients, and providing them with respectful and efficient checkout services. As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, and your primary goal will be to ensure that every client leaves our store feeling satisfied and valued. Key Responsibilities Registers sales on designated sales register, provides clients with respectful, fair, and efficient checkout services Engages clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving client issues to ensure a positive client experience Models and shares customer support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a distinctive and brilliant client experience, including relational habits (e.g., welcoming, eye-to-eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service values (e.g., offering assistance proactively, recognizing needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.) Provides clients with respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient help, recommends items for sale, and suggests upsell as well as companion items Registers client purchases on appointed sales register, collects cash, and distributes change as mentioned; processes voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as needed Maintains counters and retires clean and well-marketed, takes inventory, and keeps records, checks in and prices stock as required or as directed by head manager or communicated by the shift leader Carries out Organization resource protection methods to identify and minimize profit loss, ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., liquor and tobacco products) Develops and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock, completes resets and updates as directed Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw food from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves), aids in stock rotation, using the first-in, first-out method, and restocks outs Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment, provides client assistance in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, banner print, and creative machine, interesting sale of special photo items Takes on web pick obligations (screens orders in Picture Care Plus, handles orders (pick items), delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store) Assists with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and deliberate store environment and appearance, conforms to all organization policies and procedures, maintains respectful relationships with colleagues Completes special tasks and other assignments as assigned, attends training, and completes PPLs requested by Chief or assigned by corporate Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) Expected to be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Bachelor's degree in any field Preferred Qualifications Prefer a minimum of six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with arenaflex is an asset Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
