You'll greet and serve our customers, prepare food items, operate the cash register, and ensure that our stores are well-stocked and clean. Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction. Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting, creating an appealing and convenient shopping environment for our customers. Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store. Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more, ensuring that our stores are always clean and well-maintained. Qualifications and Skills: To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $18.75, commensurate with position, experience, and location. You'll also receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
