Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies. Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services, identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. One or more years of work experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment, where you have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule provided four weeks in advance, ensuring you can plan and balance your work and personal life. Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience working in a commission-based environment, where you have developed a strong sales mindset and ability to drive revenue growth. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer service experience, where you have developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring you can provide exceptional customer experiences.
