As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of pet care. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. * Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues. * Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by engaging with them, thinking critically, and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher * Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher * Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less * Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * Ability to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license * A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for pet care **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication platforms * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a pet-related industry or pharmacy environment * Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
