You'll be the face of blithequark, providing real-time, hands-on support to customers in our delivery stations. Your expertise will help connect customers with the right resources to resolve their issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve their queries and concerns * Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding blithequark's values and respecting every customer * Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses * Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome * Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule * Collaborate with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers to resolve delivery issues and ensure a smooth experience **A Day in the Life** You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery issues, rescheduling deliveries, and ensuring our customers receive their packages on time. **About the Team** Our Customer Service team is at the heart of blithequark's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our goal is to reduce customer effort every way we can, helping them get the best results quickly and efficiently. **Requirements** * High School or equivalent diploma * Previous experience in Customer Service * Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency * Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook * Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools * Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience * Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills * Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators * Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
