Senior Financial Crime Risk Analyst -Global Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption (ABAC)
About the position The Senior Financial Crime Risk Analyst role contributes to the development and maintenance of TD's AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, including frameworks, methodologies, policies, standards, procedures, awareness and specialized training, monitoring, management reporting and/or escalation of issues. This role conducts periodic and event driven reviews of customers, including targeted reviews to assess risks. Additionally, this role supports management in delivery of initiatives related to risk assessment, internal/external exam support, etc. The Global Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and Financial Crime Risk Management Screening team (GSA) is the designated Owner of TD Bank's Enterprise-wide Sanctions and ABAC programs which apply to all business and operating units across the bank. GSA is responsible for the strategic direction, design, content, and management of the TD Global Sanctions Program, including satisfaction of U.S. specific requirements promulgated by OFAC, Global Affairs Canada, and support for sanctions compliance in all jurisdictions where TD operates.
