**Experienced Customer Service Associate – Delivery Station Support**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for: * Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve their queries and concerns * Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction * Upholding blithequark's values and respecting every customer interaction * Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner * Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, providing accurate and concise written responses * Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome * Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer * Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Essential Qualifications** * High School or equivalent diploma * Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs * Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook * Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience * Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills * Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators * Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 49 pounds, and stand for long periods of time **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
