Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working full-time 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands. As a remote worker, you will need to have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our Swedish customers through phone, chat, and email, responding to their requests and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues and solve problems Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly Participate in initial four weeks of full-time training, followed by ongoing opportunities to learn and develop your skills Essential Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in the Netherlands Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English Experience working with a computer Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-energy environment What We Offer At arenaflex, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their well-being and career development.
