Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, including recommending items for sale and trade-up and/or companion items. Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested; processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory. Implementing asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner. A strong focus on customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Basic math skills, with the ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
