As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to our customers, overseas distributors, and subsidiaries. You'll be the face of blithequark, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Receive and manage customer orders, following through to shipment, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. * Collaborate with other blithequark departments to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction. * Establish strong relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust and loyalty. * Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and supply chain operations. * Work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to improve and maintain service quality. * Build effective relationships with other departments to understand the impact on customers and service levels. * Provide knowledge and accurate information to customers, raising quotations as requested and in line with company policy. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Some experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment. * Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral. * Proficiency in Excel and Word. * Ability to manage self and tasks in a proactive manner. * Excellent organizational and administrative skills. * Attention to detail. * A calm and analytical approach to problem-solving. * Ability to communicate in the local language and additional languages if required. * Ability to work the closing shift (9:30am-6:30pm EST), with a one-hour lunch break daily. **Desired Characteristics:** * Ability to work in a cross-functional, cross-country team environment. * Willingness to work as part of a team and drive individual projects. * ERP/SAP knowledge. * Fluency in Spanish is desired. **About blithequark:** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture that fosters care, collaboration, and support.
