We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we're dedicated to providing a supportive and stimulating work environment that allows our team members to thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide accurate information about their packages * Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a positive experience * Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction * Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and effective manner * Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, both verbally and in writing * Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome * Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer * Working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to meet the needs of our customers and the business **A Day in the Life** You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. **About the Team** Our Customer Service team is at the heart of blithequark's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company.
