As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you'll be responsible for managing transactions, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our stakeholders. If you're passionate about live events, customer service, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!** **The Opportunity:** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that's dedicated to providing elite service to our sellers and customers. You'll be working on a broad range of event and order-related questions, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your role will involve taking calls, responding to emails, and navigating our ticket marketplaces to provide real-time assistance. **How your role expectations will progress as a Customer Service Associate in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:** **Customer Service Associate (30 days in):** * Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry you need to be successful. * Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. * Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. **Customer Service Associate (60 days in):** * Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. * Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities. * Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance. **Customer Service Associate (90 days in):** * Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. * Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers. **What You'll Bring as a Customer Service Associate:** * Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. * Strong customer service mindset that embodies problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills. * Interest in live event space and an eager-to-learn attitude. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that's passionate about live events and customer service. * Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model, with 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. * We prioritize work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule, with hours from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Thursday off. * Our team is collaborative, supportive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. **Compensation and Benefits:** * $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility. * Bi-annual bonuses and annual equity grant. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees. * We offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you advance your skills and career. * Our team is passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, and we encourage collaboration and innovation. **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about customer service, live events, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
