As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers. **Role Overview** As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers.
