Our commitment to making connections that change the world is unwavering, and we're excited to have you join our journey. **Job Summary** As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through consultative approaches. You'll handle new service requests, help customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices, and address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support.
