Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the Knowledge Base provided, staying up-to-date with the latest product and service information. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, working closely with other departments to ensure that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer communications. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction, providing feedback and suggestions for improving our products and services. Achieve and maintain established performance metrics, continually striving to improve your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that all customer needs are met. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English language and communication skills. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc., with the ability to learn new software applications as needed. Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection, with a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions. Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise emails and chat responses. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience in live chat or customer service, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues and provide basic technical support. Knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to learn and stay up-to-date with new product and service information.
