Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, and proficiency in basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc. Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in live chat or customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
