Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Consultant to join our arenaflex Answer Team. As a single point of contact on our client-facing team in a call center environment, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of client service requests and issues. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to accurately identify, research, and resolve issues, will enable you to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries. Key Responsibilities Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client. Develop and maintain technical acumen to effectively address client technical support issues. Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction and efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless communication. Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service. Capability to develop technical acumen and apply it to resolve client technical support issues. Strong client-facing orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ability to work from home, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience in using process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of client interactions.
