About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a vital link between our customers' at-home and in-store experiences, you will play a crucial role in providing a seamless and simple process for purchasing vehicles. Your expertise in handling customer inquiries, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing will be invaluable to our team. Key Responsibilities Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences for their next car purchase. Utilize your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their requirements, ensuring a personalized experience. Provide support throughout every step of the car buying journey, from online sales and appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery. Mentor others as your skillset expands, contributing to the growth and development of the team. Achieve sales targets while maintaining an iconic customer experience, aligning with arenaflex's commitment to excellence. Acquire the necessary licenses and certifications, such as the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment, where you have thrived in fast-paced, dynamic settings. Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus, enabling you to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs. A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to learn and master new technologies and computer systems. Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adjust schedules according to business needs. Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location, ensuring ease of access and participation in team activities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the automotive industry or a related field, with knowledge of vehicle sales and customer service principles. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences in previous roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
