Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and we are committed to building long-lasting relationships with our customers. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service, solving customer issues, and scheduling service appointments. You will work closely with our parts department, service technicians, and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service * Answering/transferring phones on our multi-line phone system * Solving customer issues by scheduling service appointments * Accurately finalizing service tickets by applying parts used and documenting service technician's diagnosis * Communicating with customers regarding part orders, appointments, and service follow-up * Working with support, sales, service, installation, and delivery staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible * Other duties as assigned **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will need: * An outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Experience with multi-line phone systems * Acute attention to detail and follow-up of issues * Thrives in a team and results-driven environment * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook **Benefits & Perks** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Earn up to 5 weeks paid vacation * Paid Holidays * 401(k) Matching * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Referral Program **Job Type & Compensation** This is a full-time position that requires weekend availability.
