As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to: * Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner * Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders * Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance * Interpret authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments * Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times * Provide assistance to distressed passengers and customers * Protect business assets and revenue * Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties * Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe * Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision * Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations * Follow internal and external regulations and procedures * May be required to drive and operate air stairs to board and deplane passengers * Be responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities **All You'll Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language * Bilingual language skills are required in some locations * A valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable * Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis **What You'll Get** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
